During your consultation, we will review your case, discuss potential service-connected conditions, and determine what medical documentation may be appropriate.
4. Medical Evaluation — If Needed
Depending on your case, an in-person or telehealth medical evaluation may be recommended.
5. Receive Your Documentation
If medically supported, your Nexus Letter and/or DBQ will be prepared and provided to you.
6. Submit to the VA
You can then submit your completed medical documentation as evidence with your VA disability claim.
